Get a plain Rotisserie Chicken and pull off the breast meat
Add to your soup
- 1 can great northern bean (white beans)
- 1 can pinto beans
- 1 can chilli beans
- 1 can mild rotel
- 1 can petite cut tomatoes
- 1 small can tomato sauce
- 4 Tbs chilli powder
- 1/4 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp ground pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp cayene pepper
